유즈노사할린스크(러시아어: Ю́жно-Сахали́нск, 문화어: 유즈노-싸할린스크, 직역: '남사할린시')는 러시아 사할린섬 남부에 위치한 도시이자, 사할린주의 행정 중심지이다. 일본 홋카이도의 북쪽에 위치한다. 주요 산업은 석유, 천연가스 산업이다. 이 도시는 1882년부터 1905년까지 블라디미롭카(러시아어: Влади́мировка)로 불렸으며, 1905년부터 1946년까지 일본 제국의 지배를 받던 시기에는 도요하라시(일본어: 豊原市)라고 불렸다. 2021년 기준 인구는 181,587명이다.
