소말리아 연방 공화국(소말리어: Jamhuuriyadda Federaalka Soomaaliya 잠후리야다 페데랄카 소말리야, 아랍어: جمهورية الصومال الفدرالية 줌후리야트 앗-수말 알-피데랄리야[*]), 약칭 소말리아(소말리어: Soomaaliya 소말리야, 아랍어: الصومال 앗-수말[*])는 아프리카 동부 에 있는 나라이다. 과거에 1969년까지는 소말리 공화국, 쿠데타가 일어난 후부터 1991년까지는 소말리아 민주공화국이었다. 그리고 소말리아는 아프리카의 뿔에 있는 나라인데, 북서쪽으로는 지부티, 남서쪽으로는 케냐, 서쪽으로는 에티오피아와 국경을 맞대고 있으며, 북쪽에는 아덴만과 예멘, 동쪽에는 인도양이 있다.
