스포캔(Spokane,IPA: [spoʊˈkæn])은 미국 서북부 워싱턴주에 있는 도시이다. 인구는 약 222,081명(2019년)이다. 워싱턴주 동부, 컬럼비아 강의 지류인 스포캔 강 연안에 위치한다. 워싱턴 주에서 시애틀 다음 제2의 도시로, 시애틀에서는 차로 약 4시간 거리만큼 떨어져 있고, 컬럼비아고원의 해발고도 724m 지점에 위치한다. 캐스케이드산맥 동쪽인 동부 워싱턴 지역의 중심지이다. 주변은 비옥한 농업지대로, 밀과 사탕무 재배가 성하다. 풍부한 전력을 이용한 알루미늄 공업이 발달했었으나, 지금은 워싱턴주 동부, 아이다호주 북부 등의 광범위한 지역의 상업, 경제, 문화의 중심지로서의 역할을 하고 있다. 1974년 만국박람회(엑스포)가 이 도시에서 열렸다.
